I broke down too. Right before you did. I stopped the video and could not continue until the next day. When you said you allowed yourself to be disrespected. I later found out I had what is called an anger attack. It was deep. Definitely changed my mind permanently for the better. Thanks. I hope there are more painful moments to learn from like that to come. Time to make some changes.
